Finding Inspiration in every child's creation

In 2006 Acting Out! Kids Theatre opened up a world of imagination and creative development for aspiring young actors!

Located in the heart of Roncesvalles Village, in the west end of Toronto, we are located on the main and lower level stage in Roncesvalles United Church, 240 Roncesvalles Ave, at the NW. corner of Wright and Roncesvalles Ave.

We offer a nurturing environment where children can continue their play, while introducing theatrical skills and dramatic improvisation.
No matter what your age or experience there is a part for everyone. Children create their own original shows along with the director!

Our Story

A professional actor director/writer with two children, Sharon Heldt was inspired to teach theatre by watching her children create plays in the living room. Their imaginations took them to new places of discovery and their original stories were not found in any story books.

It was theirs alone.
